WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Deposits are non-refundable. Up to 3 weeks of your collection, postponements will be allowed (subject to availability).

There will however be an administration sub charge for this to happen of £20. Within 3 weeks of your collection NO refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations and postponements will NOT be allowed.

Waveney Cakes is NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE KITCHEN. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from ingredients that may trigger certain food allergies, but efforts are made to minimize this risk upon request.

The following ingredients are used in our kitchen:

Milk and other dairy products, Eggs, Nuts (peanuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews), Coconut, Wheat, and Gluten.
